About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Dish Steward for The Landing. The role supports restaurant operations by cleaning and sanitizing dishes and kitchen items, maintaining the dish room and machine, keeping storage areas organized, and helping clean other restaurant areas as requested. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
• Maintain the dish room and dish machine.
• Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Remove garbage.
• Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
