About The Position

Fleet Farm is hiring a part-time Logistics Team Member in replenishment, logistics, receiving, yard, or gate guard functions. The role supports a consistent customer experience through receiving and stocking merchandise, fulfilling online orders, and warehousing goods. Team members work in a physical, fast-paced environment and provide customer service while following safety and company procedures. Replenishment and Logistics Team Members stock products accurately and efficiently, maintain an organized stockroom, assist with safe and timely merchandise receiving, and sort, stage, and move freight to the sales floor. They also remove freight from the sales floor and return carts to the warehouse as appropriate. Receiving and Yard Team Members pull products from the yard and warehouse for stocking, locate promotional items for replenishment during operating hours, fulfill internet orders through the pick-pack-ship process, and maintain bulk products in the outside display area. Gate Guards help maintain smooth traffic flow, verify purchases using customer receipts and outside loading slips, direct customers to merchandise loading locations, and follow procedures intended to reduce shrink. They verify loading accuracy using an RF unit and physical counts, communicate with Customer Service, and retain slips for loads that were not completed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to become certified to operate a forklift and other material-handling devices.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Stock products accurately and efficiently and maintain a clean, organized stockroom.
Assist with receiving merchandise safely, promptly, and efficiently.
Split, sort, and stage incoming freight for the stocking team.
Move prepared freight to the sales floor safely and in an organized, efficient manner.
Remove freight from the sales floor and return carts to the warehouse as appropriate.
Pull products from the yard and warehouse for sales floor team members to stock.
Locate sale and promotional items for replenishment during operating hours.
Fulfill internet orders through the pick-pack-ship process.
Organize and maintain full bulk products in the outside display area.
Maintain smooth traffic flow in and out of the gate area while providing efficient, accurate customer service.
Verify customer purchases by reviewing receipts and outside loading slips.
Direct customers to merchandise locations for proper loading.
Follow standard policies and procedures to help reduce company shrink.
Verify customer loading accuracy using an RF unit and physical counts.
Communicate with the Customer Service Department and retain outside loading slips for incomplete customer loads.
