About The Position

The Replenishment Team Member provides friendly customer service, helps customers locate products and solutions, and delivers a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role includes truck unloading, stocking, planogram work, merchandise recovery, and general store maintenance to support a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Team Members also support online order processes, store safety and shrink programs, and company procedures and standards. The position is cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production and may include other duties as assigned.

This role is based in a public retail store. Public areas are climate controlled, while some stock rooms may not be. Some outdoor work may be required for retrieving carts or unloading trucks. The frame shop contains a glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Applicants in the U.S. must meet applicable legal requirements and be at least 16 years old.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
• Explain the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns/go-backs and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact with others respectfully, maintain a positive approach in difficult situations, and model the organization’s vision and values.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
