About The Position

The Replenishment Team Member ensures merchandise is properly located in the backroom and stocks products on the sales floor. The role involves physical work in a fast-paced environment and includes supporting customer service and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to become certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Down stock products based on sales priority.
• Locate extra product in the appropriate capstock and backstock bins.
• Fulfill generated pick lists from merchandise scans.
• Return warehouse carts and restore work areas to standards by the end of the shift.
• Notify Team Leads or Management about out-of-stock or fast-selling merchandise.
• Promote Fleet Farm’s customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
