About The Position

The Logistics Specialist is a hands-on, active role involving warehouse operations and local deliveries. The position loads and unloads tires, picks, packs, and stages orders, delivers products to customers, performs basic vehicle checks, keeps equipment clean, provides customer service, and assists with inventory and warehouse organization. The role requires working in a warehouse and outdoors in varying weather, operating order pickers and forklifts, and remaining active throughout the shift. OSHA certification training for equipment operation is provided. The schedule is a day shift with flexible scheduling that may include some Saturdays.

Requirements

At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or relevant work experience.
Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history.
Meet applicable federal and state requirements for vehicle operation, including any applicable DOT minimum age requirement.
Be a team player with a strong work ethic.
Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 35 feet on order pickers.
Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height to meet equipment and safety-restraint specifications; reasonable accommodations will be reviewed under applicable law.
