About The Position

Logistics Specialists manage daily operations for RXO’s dedicated LTL accounts. They coordinate and track shipments, handle freight classification and pricing for quotes, and build relationships with carriers and customer contacts. They support profitability by selecting appropriate carriers and service levels, resolving shipment issues, and maintaining a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations for assigned accounts and understand their growth strategies, goals, and contractual agreements.
• Track customer shipments, monitor an assigned portion of the load board, and ensure loads are covered and serviced properly.
• Communicate punctually and effectively with internal teams and external customers using appropriate channels.
• Handle freight classification and provide accurate pricing for quote requests while complying with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve shipment issues, including delays, discrepancies, and damages.
• Develop strong working relationships with customer contacts and facilities.
• Build internal relationships with carrier representatives, managers, and sales teams, and contribute as a team player.
• Identify customers with heavy or consistent freight volume who may be suited to customer-specific pricing.
