About The Position

Atlean World is recruiting for a Logistics & Delivery Advisor role based in Sofia, Bulgaria, supporting a global brand. The role involves assisting customers through phone, chat, and/or email, resolving their concerns, and helping create positive service experiences. Advisors follow brand guidelines and quality standards, document customer interactions in relevant systems, and collaborate with their team to improve service. The role requires shift availability and offers on-site, hybrid, or fully remote work within Bulgaria. Fully paid training is provided, with training lasting 2, 4, or 6 weeks depending on the project.

Requirements

• Fluent French, with C1, C2, or native-level proficiency in the working language.
• Good English, with at least B2 proficiency.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• A problem-solving, can-do mindset.
• Comfort using computer systems and multitasking between tools.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work shifts.
• Clean criminal record.
• Valid work permit or European passport.
• Must be a resident of a country within the European Union.
• CV must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by phone, chat, and/or email in a friendly, solution-focused manner.
• Resolve problems and create positive experiences for customers.
• Follow brand guidelines and quality standards during every interaction.
• Log and update customer interactions in relevant systems.
• Work with the team to continually improve the service provided.

• For Content Moderation / Digital Trust & Safety roles: up to 21 days of covered hotel or shared-apartment accommodation and a €1,500 relocation bonus paid in two installments.
