About The Position

Join Sunday River's Lodging Maintenance team. The Lodging Maintenance Technician carries out maintenance duties assigned by the leadership team to maintain the integrity of the facility, maintenance systems, and established maintenance protocols, helping ensure a quality guest experience. Duties may vary from day to day but remain consistent over the long term. The role requires completing assigned tasks thoroughly, promptly, and with attention to detail, and working both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, pool and spa care, or other specialty skills.
• Solid working knowledge of facility management and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks thoroughly, in a timely manner, and with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily building maintenance assignments and requests, including applicable paperwork.
• Assist guests with room maintenance needs.
• Perform annual preventative maintenance in rooms.
• Maintain Health Club facilities.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Perform grounds maintenance, snow removal, and firewood stacking.
