About The Position

Standard Supply is seeking a Location Manager to oversee daily operations at a customer’s place of business. The role focuses on operational excellence, management of on-site inventory, and superior customer service. The manager supports customers’ product ordering and selection needs, maintains accurate and organized inventory, meets KPIs, and works with internal teams to share or escalate customer information. The position is with Standard Supply, a family-owned HVAC supply company operating since 1946, with locations across Texas and Oklahoma.

Requirements

Proven leadership ability with experience managing operations or teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Willingness and ability to work in a warehouse environment on a consistent basis.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
Industrial Supply or HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

Manage overall daily on-site operations at the customer’s location.
Support customer product ordering and selection needs.
Ensure compliance with SSD processes and procedures for on-site inventory.
Deliver operational excellence through KPI achievement.
Maintain organized, well-labeled, and accurate inventory.
Partner with internal teams to share and escalate relevant customer information.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving customer and internal issues.
Lead by example and demonstrate the company’s Core Values in all activities.
