Location Manager
About The Position
San Diego Gymnastics is hiring a career-minded, energetic and fun professional to manage the daily operations and overall success of a recreational gymnastics gym. The organization offers recreational gymnastics and parkour classes, camps, events and after-school programs for children ages 18 months and up. Its programs help children safely navigate obstacles and develop gymnastics or parkour skills, balance, flexibility, agility and strength in a clean, safe and fun environment that supports athletic development, friendships and life skills. San Diego Gymnastics aims to provide an upbeat, inclusive and rewarding workplace. The company has six other locations throughout San Diego. The position starts at $30 per hour, with the potential for a signing bonus.
Requirements
- Experience with gymnastics and management.
- Experience managing a staff of at least 10 people.
- Experience monitoring business health, employee schedules and in-person customer service.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems.
- A positive, fun, professional and friendly demeanor.
- A team mentality and exceptional communication skills with upper management, employees, customers and children.
- USAG certification, CPR/First Aid certification and background checks are required prior to employment.
Responsibilities
