About The Position

At Qualtrics, the Local Search Coordinator supports local search management services, from client onboarding and data implementation through ongoing maintenance across the web. The role works closely with Account Managers to maintain the accuracy and integrity of client location data across major search engines and discovery platforms. Success requires attention to detail, process orientation, and persistent, creative problem-solving to address complex data management challenges in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator applies local SEO tactics to improve search rankings and brand visibility for client locations; sets up client data in the platform and manages data submission workflows; detects, investigates, and resolves inconsistencies; supports Account Managers with local initiatives and client inquiries; and manages schedules and deliverables across multiple customer accounts. The team works collaboratively with Account Managers and search providers, prioritizes accuracy in complex data handling, and operates in a dynamic environment that values learning and adaptability. The role supports standard Pacific Time business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Qualtrics uses a hybrid model: employees work in the office three days per week—Mondays, Thursdays, and one day selected by the organizational leader—and may work where they want for the rest of the week.
