About The Position

The Search Consultant recruits for a variety of positions at different levels, generating direct-hire fees through 360 marketing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to client companies for direct-hire roles. The consultant follows activity and production guidelines according to predetermined requirements. The role leads client intake calls, develops recruiting plans, manages recruiting resources and platforms, and builds rapport through consistent communication with clients and candidates. It also screens and interviews candidates, conducts reference checks when requested, refers qualified candidates to clients, maintains candidate and client records, and works with leadership to set and document individual activity and results expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead client intake calls to discover client needs and discuss the process.
Develop and implement recruiting plans to source top talent in the market.
Manage multiple recruiting resources and platforms to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Build rapport with clients and candidates through follow-up and consistent communication.
Screen and interview candidates for direct-hire placement at client operations.
Conduct thorough reference checks on candidates as requested by clients.
Maintain a consistent flow of candidates to meet or exceed minimum production standards.
Refer qualified candidates to clients for open positions.
Document and maintain candidate and client information in the system.
Work with leadership to establish individual activity and results expectations and document the candidate/client pipeline process.
