About The Position

Cielo is launching a dedicated, search-led talent program for a global medical technology company, focused on hiring for its North American sales organization. The Senior Search Consultant will recruit medical device field sales professionals, including territory managers, account executives, clinical specialists, and sales leaders. The role manages searches from intake through assessment, offer, and close, and works directly with client sales leaders to identify and engage candidates who may not be actively seeking a role. Dedicated researchers will support market mapping and candidate pipeline development, allowing the consultant to focus on candidates and hiring managers. The role is remote in the United States, with occasional travel to the client and team meetings.
