About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a loaner fleet, ensuring strict adherence to operational processes, and partnering with leadership to evolve the program into a customer pick-up and delivery service. The position requires rigorous attention to detail in tracking assets, scheduling, and documentation, as well as a strategic, long-term perspective on service operations and customer convenience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily dispatch, tracking, and logistical coordination of a 60+ vehicle loaner fleet across two service locations.
• Maintain strict adherence to established operational processes, program compliance, and regular vehicle auditing standards.
• Partner with leadership to transition the current loaner program into a seamless customer pick-up and delivery service for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Enforce strict documentation for vehicle check-outs, maintenance schedules, condition inspections, and damage accountability.
• Take a long-term view of service operations to identify efficiency gains, scale logistics, and adapt to the next generation of dealership service expectations.
