About The Position

Responsibilities
- Support the servicing of foreclosure, mortgage, securities lending, and specialty loans while adhering to state and local regulatory requirements.
- Process routine transactions and document loan history and activity.
- Analyze requests and determine an appropriate course of action for customer, investor, or third-party inquiries in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.
- Research and prepare loan documentation with limited supervision.
- Respond to customer, investor, and other third-party inquiries.
