About The Position

The specialist supports customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations. They communicate with customers and other departments using phone, email, chat, and in-house systems, and explain loan terms, options, and optional insurance products clearly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to changing role demands to provide timely and efficient service.
• Deliver customer service with ease, empathy, and encouragement while working toward individual and branch goals.
• Develop new customer connections and maintain relationships throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Present tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring a goal-oriented attitude and internal drive to achieve results.
• Educate customers about optional insurance products and ensure they understand loan terms and available options.
