About The Position

At OneMain, Loan Sales Specialists help customers access friendly, fast, and affordable financing by listening to their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Loan Sales Specialists manage customer relationships and the loan life cycle, including collections, while following applicable laws and regulations. They communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems, and clearly explain loan terms and optional insurance products. This is an onsite role with a Monday–Friday schedule during standard business hours. Some extended weekday hours may be needed, and the schedule may include Saturday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to changing role demands to provide timely, efficient service.

• Develop new customer connections and maintain relationships throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Present solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a goal-oriented drive to succeed.
• Educate customers about optional insurance products and ensure they understand their loans, terms, and options.
