About The Position

At OneMain, Loan Sales Specialists help customers access friendly, fast, and affordable financing by listening to their needs and offering tailored solutions. The position manages customer relationships and the loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with applicable laws and regulations. Specialists communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and internal systems, and explain loan terms and optional insurance products so customers understand their choices. The position is onsite, generally Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours and possible Saturday work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

• Present solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Demonstrate a goal-oriented drive to achieve results.
• Explain optional insurance products clearly and ensure customers understand their loans, terms, and options.
