About The Position

At OneMain, Loan Sales Specialists help customers access friendly, fast, and affordable financing by listening to their needs and providing suitable solutions. The position manages customer relationships throughout the loan process and loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations. Specialists communicate with customers and other departments using phone, email, chat, and internal systems. The position is onsite, Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours as needed and possible Saturday work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• Clearly explain optional insurance products, loan terms, and available options to customers.
