About The Position
At RMC, Loan Sales Specialists drive growth by understanding customer needs and delivering fast, friendly, and affordable lending solutions. This high-energy, results-driven role directly affects sales performance, goal achievement, and customer satisfaction. The role is office-based and provides consumer loans in person and via phone. Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass drug screening, criminal background, and credit checks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sales, collections, or customer service in a performance-driven environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and customer outcomes by meeting goals and maximizing conversion.
- Manage the full customer and loan lifecycle, including application, funding, repayment, and collections.
- Build relationships and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Engage customers across multiple channels to expand sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
