About The Position

Loan Sales Specialists at OneMain help customers access financing by listening to their needs and providing friendly, fast, and affordable service. The position is onsite and scheduled Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Extended weekday hours may be needed, and the schedule may include Saturdays. OneMain offers training and opportunities to advance toward leadership roles such as Branch Manager and District Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to changing role demands to provide timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement while meeting individual and branch goals.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring an achievement-oriented attitude and internal drive to succeed.
• Clearly explain optional insurance products and ensure customers understand their loans, terms, and options.
