About The Position

At OneMain, Loan Sales Specialists help customers access friendly, fast, and affordable financing by listening to their needs and presenting appropriate solutions. The specialist serves customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle, including loan management and collections activities. They communicate with customers and internal departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems, while explaining loan terms and optional insurance products and complying with applicable laws and regulations. The role is based on site and follows a Monday-Friday schedule during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours as needed and possible Saturday work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Educate customers about optional insurance products, loan terms, and available options.
