About The Position

Loan Sales Specialists at OneMain help customers access financing by listening to their needs and providing friendly, fast, and affordable service. Compensation includes an annual salary plus incentives.

The position is on site at the Copperfield location. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed; this may include Saturday. Specialists support customers throughout the loan life cycle, present tailored solutions, explain loan terms and optional insurance products, and conduct collections activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Present solutions tailored to customers' needs.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring an achievement-oriented attitude and internal drive to succeed.
• Clearly explain optional insurance products, loan terms, and customer options.
