Loan Operations Associate
About The Position
As a Loan Operations Associate, you use industry experience and knowledge to support lending personnel and other internal customers by creating and maintaining complete, accurate loan files. You work with a portfolio of existing retail and commercial loans, service loan accounts, maintain loan documents, and process loan correspondence. You review documentation received, scanned, and indexed into the system, and communicate with internal and external customers to provide customer service. Employees are responsible for adhering to compliance laws, regulations, and established Bank policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.

Nice To Haves
- Previous lending and/or processing experience.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements, lien perfection, and real estate.
- Bilingual or multilingual ability.
Responsibilities
- Support lending personnel and other internal customers.
