About The Position
The Loan Operations Associate creates loan documents accurately, identifies documentation exceptions, and ensures loans are processed in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. The role works closely with lending and operations teams to provide a seamless, customer-focused experience and uphold high standards of service, quality, and integrity. It is an onsite, full-time position at the company’s Headquarters branch in Batesville, Arkansas.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.

- Computer savvy.
- Previous banking experience is a plus.
