About The Position
The Loan Operations Associate creates loan documents accurately, identifies documentation exceptions, and ensures loans are processed in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. The role requires a high level of service and a commitment to quality, attention to detail, respect, and integrity. The associate works with lending and operations teams to deliver a seamless, customer-focused experience. This is a full-time, onsite position at the Headquarters branch in Batesville, Arkansas.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.

- A self-starter attitude and strong time management skills.
- Computer savvy, with the ability to use software tools throughout the loan processing lifecycle.
