About The Position

As a Loan Operations Associate, you use industry experience and knowledge to support lending personnel and other internal customers by creating and maintaining complete, accurate loan files. You work with a portfolio of existing retail and commercial loans, servicing loan accounts, maintaining loan documents, and processing loan correspondence. The role also involves reviewing documentation that is received, scanned, and indexed into the system, and communicating with external and internal customers to provide customer service.

The position is available in Whitehall, Ohio; Simpsonville, Kentucky; Jasper, Indiana; or Evansville, Indiana. Employees are responsible for adhering to compliance laws, regulations, and established Bank policies and procedures, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.

• Knowledge of, or a strong desire to learn, core servicing software and loan products and services.

Nice To Haves

• Previous lending and/or processing experience.
• Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements, lien perfection, and real estate.
• Bilingual or multilingual ability.

Responsibilities
