About The Position

Foley & Mansfield is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its busy Miami-based litigation team. The firm is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys, serving corporations, small businesses, and individuals. The position is primarily remote. The ideal candidate has defense litigation experience, preferably in products liability and/or premises liability, strong verbal and written communication skills, good academic credentials, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Admission to practice in Florida is required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of defense litigation experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be admitted to practice in Florida.
• Must be a self-starter, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Good academic credentials.
