About The Position

24-MAG LLC is seeking experienced U.S. litigation attorneys for a fully remote, independent-contractor consulting engagement supporting an advanced AI training and legal evaluation project. The work focuses on commercial contract disputes and includes producing realistic litigation work product for evolving scenarios, responding to simulated opposing counsel positions, maintaining a coherent case theory across multiple rounds, and developing structured evaluation criteria. No prior AI experience is required. Professionals will analyze commercial contract issues involving breach, performance, interpretation, damages, and related matters; draft motions, briefs, demand letters, discovery materials, and other litigation documents; and apply U.S. law, procedural judgment, and practical litigation strategy. They will adapt arguments as facts and opposing positions evolve, incorporate senior feedback, identify procedural questions and factual ambiguities, and create rubrics for evaluating legal submissions. Work must rely exclusively on public or synthetic case materials and must not use confidential or proprietary third-party information. The engagement is open to U.S.-based candidates and pays $100–$100 per hour. Selected professionals should be prepared to begin their first tasks approximately 24–48 hours after completing onboarding. Project scope, case complexity, drafting requirements, and evaluation standards may change according to project needs.
