About The Position

24-MAG LLC is seeking experienced U.S. corporate attorneys for a remote, independent-contractor consulting engagement supporting advanced AI training and legal evaluation initiatives. Contributors review and annotate transactional documents, develop realistic deal scenarios and research materials, assess AI-generated corporate legal content, and provide precise written feedback grounded in current U.S. corporate law. No prior AI experience is required; substantive corporate transactional experience is the primary qualification. Work may involve M&A, securities, corporate governance, entity structuring, commercial contracts, and private financings. Contributors are expected to identify drafting issues, inconsistencies, ambiguity, and material risks; evaluate legal reasoning and accuracy; recommend specific corrections; and explain complex corporate-law principles clearly. The project scope and legal materials may evolve according to evaluation requirements. Work must not use confidential, privileged, client-specific, deal-sensitive, material non-public, work-product-protected, or otherwise restricted information belonging to an employer, client, law firm, company, investor, or other third party. The opportunity is available through 24-MAG LLC, which connects experienced professionals with remote consulting opportunities.
