About The Position

This is a fully remote independent contractor consulting engagement for experienced U.S. litigation attorneys supporting an advanced AI training and legal evaluation project. The attorney will work on evolving commercial real estate disputes, developing litigation strategy and realistic legal work product that reflects professional litigation practice. Matters may involve leases, transactions, development, landlord–tenant disputes, zoning, financing, and security interests. The work includes drafting motions, briefs, demand letters, and discovery materials; responding to opposing positions over multiple rounds; maintaining continuity in case theory and litigation posture; and developing structured evaluation rubrics alongside legal drafts. Assignments receive senior direction and iterative review, with the attorney expected to incorporate feedback efficiently and identify procedural uncertainties, factual ambiguities, and information or authorities needed to advance a position. No prior AI experience is required. The engagement is open to U.S.-based candidates. Selected professionals should be prepared to begin their first tasks approximately 24–48 hours after completing onboarding. Project scope, case complexity, drafting requirements, and evaluation standards may evolve with project needs. Work must not use confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, law firm, institution, or other third party. Compensation is $100–$100 per hour.
