About The Position
Aligned Talent Acquisition is partnering with a nationally recognized Am Law firm seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its established Real Estate practice in Atlanta, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and wants to take on meaningful responsibility, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and work on complex deals involving a broad range of real estate assets and investments. The firm's established Real Estate practice represents clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across a variety of industries and asset classes.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience, preferably within a large law firm environment.
- Significant experience representing clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development projects, and commercial leasing.
- Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Sound business judgment and the ability to navigate complex real estate transactions.
- Experience managing multiple transactions and collaborating with clients and deal teams.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach to client service and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
- Structure and negotiate real estate financing transactions.
- Advise on joint ventures and development projects.
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements.
- Work closely with experienced partners and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
