The firm's established Real Estate practice handles sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for clients across a broad range of industries.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience representing clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.
• Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Sound business judgment and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach to working with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate real estate financing transactions.
• Handle commercial leasing matters, including lease drafting and negotiation.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, financing documents, and other transactional agreements.
• Collaborate with experienced partners and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Take on meaningful responsibility and develop long-term client relationships.
