About The Position

24-MAG LLC is seeking experienced U.S. litigation attorneys for a remote, independent-contractor consulting engagement supporting an advanced AI training and legal evaluation project. Contributors will work on evolving shareholder and LLC disputes, producing realistic litigation work product suitable for senior or partner review and developing structured evaluation criteria alongside their legal drafting. No prior AI experience is required. The work includes analyzing complex ownership disputes; applying substantive U.S. law and practical litigation judgment; drafting motions, briefs, demand letters, discovery materials, and related documents; and developing and updating case theory across multiple rounds as facts, instructions, and opposing arguments evolve. Contributors will also identify procedural and factual issues, define evaluation benchmarks, and incorporate senior direction and feedback. Work must rely exclusively on public or synthetic case materials and may not use confidential or proprietary information belonging to any third party. The engagement is fully remote and open to U.S.-based candidates. Selected professionals should be prepared to begin their first tasks approximately 24–48 hours after completing onboarding. Project scope, dispute complexity, drafting requirements, and evaluation standards may change according to project needs. Roles are typically filled within approximately 48 hours. Compensation is listed as $100–$100 per hour.

  • Incorporate senior direction efficiently, maintain continuity in legal arguments and factual framing, and refine submissions without extensive repeated guidance.
  • Develop rubric criteria alongside litigation deliverables, defining effective legal responses, essential issues and reasoning steps, drafting elements, and evaluation benchmarks consistent with professional U.S. litigation standards.
  • Identify ambiguities, missing facts, procedural hurdles, and unresolved legal questions; flag matters requiring clarification or senior direction.
