About The Position

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Line Server at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. The position works 12-hour shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; days may vary and rotating weekends are required. The fixed pay rate is $17.00 per hour. The Line Server is responsible for the final preparation of food items served in the food-service area, following applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations as well as company policies and procedures. The role may receive direction from a kitchen supervisor, relief manager, or team leader to ensure quality service. Requirements

Previous serving experience required.
Previous food service experience required.
Previous customer service experience required.
Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Provide quality customer service with attentive, one-on-one attention to detail.
Participate in preparing and serving food and beverages in accordance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety, and portion control, including HACCP and OSHA guidelines.
Clean work areas and equipment used in food preparation and service.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
Deliver food items to and from the main kitchen.
Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents, self, and staff.
Cooperate with staff in other departments while performing job duties.
Contribute to the team and act professionally with customers, fellow employees, and others.
Perform other duties as assigned.
