About The Position

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Line Server at Park West Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. The role is responsible for the final preparation of food items served in the food-service area in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. The employee may be directed by a kitchen supervisor, relief manager, or team leader to help ensure quality service. Applicants must be willing to train. The fixed pay rate is $16.00 per hour. Days and hours may vary, with rotating weekends; further schedule details are provided during the interview.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, detail-oriented customer service.
Participate in preparing and serving food and beverages in accordance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety, and portion control, including HACCP and OSHA guidelines.
Clean work areas and equipment used in food preparation and service.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
Deliver food items to and from the main kitchen.
Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents, oneself, and staff.
Cooperate with staff from other departments in performing job duties.
Contribute to the team and act professionally with customers, fellow employees, and others.
Perform other duties as assigned.
