Line Server (Full Time)
About The Position
The Line Server is responsible for the final preparation of food items served in the food-service area in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and company policies and procedures. The position may be directed by the kitchen supervisor, relief manager, or team leader to ensure quality service. The role is based at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. It is a full-time position with varying days and hours, and night and weekend availability is required. The fixed pay rate is $19.28 per hour. Previous front-of-house experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, detailed one-on-one customer service.
- Participate in preparing and serving food and beverages according to company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety, and portion control, including HACCP and OSHA guidelines.
- Clean work areas and equipment used in food preparation and service.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
- Deliver food items to and from the main kitchen.
- Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents, oneself, and staff.
- Cooperate with staff from other departments in performing job duties.
- Contribute to the team and demonstrate professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
