As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking food, cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the kitchen and surrounding area. This role involves preparing food ordered by restaurant customers using a variety of kitchen equipment, performing shift opening and closing duties, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, restocking products, and collaborating with the Restaurant Manager on daily specials and menu items. The position also requires regularly checking menu cycles for food item availability and reporting any shortages.
