About The Position

Catch Hospitality Group is hiring for a new concept in the SoHo neighborhood. We are seeking individuals that have a true passion for hospitality, an unrelenting drive to provide exceptional experiences, and devotion to cultivating team culture by way of mentorship and development. This is an Upscale / Fine Dining Line Cook position.

Requirements

  • Have an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
  • Execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
  • Have effective communication skills
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

  • Cook menu items assigned to station
  • Be mindful of special requests and dietary restrictions
  • Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes
  • Assists sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen
  • Disposes spoiled food and other waste material
  • Maintains cleanliness and ensures that the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Reports any issues with kitchen equipment to management
