About The Position
Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose, offering an experience that seeks to inspire through its food, service, and spirit. This role is for a Line Cook in San Ramon at Bishop Ranch.
Requirements
- 1 or more years of experience working in high-volume and/or guest-facing food service preferred
- Knowledge in proper food and drink handling & storage
- Sushi Chefs: 1-2 years culinary experience or culinary education preferred
Responsibilities
- Following company policies, state and food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintaining clean and organized workstations by always practicing safe and sanitary food handling
- Continued education surrounding Japanese cuisine and beverages
- Additional duties may apply specific to each position
