About The Position

The Line Cook works on the culinary team at Crooked Tree Tavern at Mt. Hood Meadows, preparing and executing high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen to support an exceptional guest experience. This hands-on, part-time, year-round position involves collaborating with the kitchen crew, preparing ingredients, managing ticket flow, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards. The role suits an adaptable, dependable person who takes ownership of their work and enjoys an active team environment.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have strong teamwork and communication skills.
Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Have reliable transportation suitable for winter driving conditions.
Hold a current Oregon Food Handlers Card or Serve Safe Certification.
Have at least one year of culinary experience or formal culinary education.
Be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.
