Requirements

2-4 years experience in casual dining
Knife skills
Range of cooking methods
Attention to detail
Cleanliness and organization is important to you
Team player
Excellent communication
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Use correct tools to prepare all items in accordance with our recipes, plate presentation, and specifications
Maintain clean area by following sanitation and safety standards
Ensure product quality, quantity, appearance, and temperature.
Set up equipment, verification of stock, managing food orders
Basic reading/writing/verbal communication
Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
Exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
Requires use of motion that entails, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
