Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes, portion, presentation, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operation
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
