About The Position

New location opening early fall — training begins in September. Avvio Millbury is looking for a Line Cook who takes serious pride in what comes out of their kitchen. If you love the energy of a busy line, know your way around a recipe, and want to work somewhere that actually invests in you, this role is for you. No two days are exactly the same, but here’s the heart of the role: Prep produce like a pro — this is a scratch kitchen, so get ready to prep, season, and cook your way through every shift. Follow recipes with precision. Keep your station clean, stocked, and moving. Work alongside a team that has each other’s backs during the rush.

Requirements

1+ years of line cook or scratch-kitchen experience preferred
Working knowledge of basic knife skills, cooking methods, and kitchen safety/sanitation standards
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
A genuine passion for food and a desire to keep getting better
The ability to stay organized and focused when the tickets are coming in hot
A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
