Lifecycle and Content Marketing Coordinator
About The Position
Lifecycle and Content Marketing Coordinator Plunkett's Pest Control, a family-owned company with over 100 years of history, is adding a Lifecycle & Content Marketing Coordinator to our Marketing team in Fridley, MN. The Lifecycle & Content Marketing Coordinator helps bring our customer marketing to life. You'll support campaigns that guide customers through their journey with us, from their first introduction to Plunkett's all the way through renewal and loyalty. You'll also create content, coordinate communications, and help make sure our brand voice stays consistent across every channel. This role is a great fit for an organized, creative communicator who enjoys juggling multiple projects and working with teams across the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, customer communications, or email marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience with CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation platforms
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms
- Customer journey mapping
- Multi-location service based organizations
Responsibilities
- Support lifecycle marketing campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, retention, renewal, and win-back stages
- Help build and manage automated email campaigns and nurture programs
- Coordinate content creation for blogs, newsletters, email, social media, and customer education materials
- Manage editorial calendars and keep content production on track
- Review customer-facing communications for accuracy and brand consistency
- Help track customer feedback, engagement metrics, and sentiment to spot trends
- Support public relations efforts, including press releases, media monitoring, and online review management
- Partner with teams across Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Operations to keep projects moving
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and customer insights for stakeholders
