•$86,000 - $109,500•Remote

About The Position

Instacart is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator for its Consumer CRM team, which delivers billions of messages annually across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. The role is the execution backbone of CRM programs: building, quality-checking, and launching campaigns accurately and on time so Lifecycle Managers can focus on strategy and experimentation. It combines hands-on campaign production with cross-functional coordination and supports customer journeys and business growth. The coordinator will help increase team capacity for priority campaigns and experiments, improve campaign accuracy and on-time delivery, simplify recurring workflows, and identify issues such as outdated content, broken links, and targeting or personalization problems in live programs. The role also involves using campaign results and execution insights to help improve underperforming campaigns, expand successful approaches, and prioritize impactful work. The position is remote under Instacart’s Flex First approach, which allows employees to work from home, an office, or another preferred location, with regular in-person events. Compensation varies by permanent work location. U.S. base salary ranges are $104,000–$109,500 in CA, NY, CT, and NJ; $99,000–$104,500 in WA; $95,000–$100,000 in OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, and HI; and $86,000–$91,000 in all other states. The role is also eligible for a new-hire equity grant and annual refresh grants.
