About The Position

Taubman Financial Management is hiring a fully remote Life & Annuity Sales Agent to sell life insurance and annuities. Agents speak with people who have already requested information, guide them through available options, and help them find coverage suited to their families and financial futures. The role requires no cold calling or prospecting.

This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor role with no base salary or regular paycheck and uncapped earning potential. Agents may work independently or build and lead their own team. Taubman Financial Management offers training, warm leads, one-on-one mentorship and coaching, and access to more than 60 carriers. No prior experience is required, but the agent must be willing to obtain a life insurance license in their resident state.

Requirements

• Strong drive and will to win.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Willingness to work hard to succeed and invest in oneself.
• Must be at least four years past high school graduation.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license in their resident state.

• Prior life insurance or financial services experience is not required; training is provided.
