Life and Annuity Insurance Sales Agent
About The Position
Taubman Financial Management is seeking motivated individuals to sell life insurance and annuities as 100% commission-based independent contractors. The role is fully remote and has uncapped earning potential, with no base salary or regular paycheck. Agents speak with people who have already requested information, guide them through insurance and annuity options, and help them find appropriate coverage for their families and financial futures. Cold calling and prospecting are not required. Agents may work independently or build and lead a team, with the opportunity to develop passive income. The company offers training, mentorship, coaching, and access to technology and more than 60 carriers. No prior experience is necessary, but agents must be willing to obtain a life insurance license in their resident state. This opportunity is intended for self-motivated people prepared to work hard and take responsibility for their results.
Requirements
- Strong drive and determination to succeed.

- Must be at least four years post-high-school graduation.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license in the state of residence.
