About The Position

Taubman Financial Management is seeking motivated individuals to sell life insurance and annuities. The position is 100% remote and offers commission-only compensation with uncapped earning potential. Agents speak with people who have already requested information, guide them through coverage options, and help them find solutions for their families and financial futures. Cold calling and prospecting are not required.

Agents may work independently or build and lead a team. The company offers training, one-on-one mentorship and coaching, access to more than 60 carriers, and discounted access to a pre-licensing course provider. Prior experience is not required. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with no base salary or regular paycheck; earnings depend entirely on results.

Requirements

• Strong drive and will to win.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• At least four years past high school graduation.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license in the state of residence.
• Willingness to work hard and invest in personal development.

Responsibilities

• Speak with people who have requested information about life insurance and annuities.
• Guide prospective customers through their options and help them find appropriate coverage.
• Work independently as a producer or build and lead a team.
