Life and Annuity Insurance Sales Agent
About The Position
Taubman Financial Management is hiring a remote Life and Annuity Insurance Sales Agent to sell life insurance and annuities to people who have already requested information. Agents guide prospective customers through their options and help them choose coverage for their families and financial futures. There is no cold calling or prospecting required; agents work with warm leads. This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor role with no base salary or regular paycheck and uncapped earning potential. Agents may work independently or build and lead their own team. The company offers one-on-one mentorship and coaching from an industry veteran, comprehensive training, access to more than 60 carriers, and discounted access to a pre-licensing course provider. No prior experience is required.
Requirements
- Have a strong drive and will to win.
- Be self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
- Have excellent communication and people skills.
- Be willing to work hard and invest in personal success.
- Be at least four years past high school graduation.
- Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Be willing to obtain a life insurance license in the state of residence.
